1. Right of Withdrawal
Under European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from any paid service within 14 days from the date of purchase without providing any reason and without penalty.
2. Exceptions for Digital Content
Please note that, according to EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital content (e.g., courses, personalized analysis, interactive tools) has begun to be delivered with your explicit prior consent and after you have acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel.
This means that if you access or start using our services immediately after payment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Request Procedure
If you are eligible for a refund (within the 14-day withdrawal period and you have not accessed the digital content), please follow these steps:

Include your full name, email address used during registration, purchase date, and optionally the reason for refund
We will confirm receipt and process your request within 5 business days
If approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days.
